My coach walked into the boathouse today and announced that we would be having a 2000 meter erg test today.
He told us to get on an erg, and said we would start in two minutes.
He told us that our performance on this erg test would determine boatings for our first race this weekend.
He had us sit at the ready, and began a countdown start.
